Can we audit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Factory visits, remote walkthroughs and third-party audits are hosted at the Sanken factory and arranged through KAFFAWERK. A technical meeting with engineering can come first if the audit is premature.

By reading the scope rather than the badge. Compliance applies to a specific model, battery and charger configuration, brand and market, so ask for a gap list against your exact configuration instead of accepting a certificate that may name a different unit.
Split the question in three: what the factory can produce, what makes economic sense, and what you can actually sell in a first order. Then order stock items first, and start the second order before the first one ships.
Send the product, market, volume and what has to be different. We will confirm the scope, the conditions and what still needs a project decision.
