02What happens next

1. Review. We check the request against confirmed specifications and published commercial terms.

2. Clarify. Anything missing — quantity, market, target cost, standards — is confirmed with you.

3. Quote or sample. A formal quotation, a paid sample, or a request for engineering review.

4. Order confirmed. An order is confirmed only when a formal PO, contract or proforma invoice is confirmed and the agreed deposit has been received. Verbal agreement, accepting a quotation or stating an intention to order does not constitute a confirmed order.
